Chaincraft

RG-projecten has accounted for the project management, advice, tendering, construction and financial settelement of a demonstration factory. By making smart choices, putting into place a small joint project team, formulating functional requirements and using second-hand components, a functioning installation was realized in 2019 for less than 50% of the original costs. 

Chaincraft develops platform technologies that enable the production of sustainable biobased chemicals, that compete with the traditional agricultural- and chemical based alternatives. In 2017, Chaincraft started the realisation of the demonstration factory with a yearly production of 15.000 tonnes. This demonstration factory was to certify that the process can operate on an industrial scale.
